We accept PayPal, bank transfer (SWIFT), and major credit cards via Stripe. Payment is required before we begin. We'll send an invoice once you submit your request.

While we're based in Hainan FTP, we support clients across mainland China. Our expertise in Hainan's preferential policies is especially valuable for market entry and cross-border structures, but our intelligence and advisory services extend nationwide.

We'll always tell you if something can't be confirmed. "Cannot verify" is itself a meaningful finding and we'll explain why it's significant and what you can do about it.

If we genuinely cannot locate any information about the company (very rare), we'll discuss options including a full or partial refund. We don't offer refunds simply because findings were unfavorable.
